Maintenance Planner
Our client, a leader in industrial manufacturing, is seeking a Maintenance Planner to join their team. As a Maintenance Planner, you will be part of the operations department supporting the maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, proficiency in SAP, and excellent planning and organization skills which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Maintenance Planner **Location:** Colonial Heights, VA **Pay Range:** $34/hr **What's the Job?** + Plan and oversee maintenance repair and reliability work using SAP Notifications and Work Order Processes. + Manage all aspects of maintenance planning including material selection, procurement, and purchases. + Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize progress of work orders. + Prepare reports for upper management regarding the status of work orders via schedule attainment and craftsperson backlog. + Lead and direct the work of others while relying on extensive experience and judgment to accomplish goals. **What's Needed?** + Proficiency in SAP and Office 365. + Familiarity with industrial manufacturing equipment. + Strong verbal and written communication skills with proficiency in digital documentation. + Planning and organization skills related to maintenance planning, project planning, or event planning. + A bachelor's degree and at least 4-6 years of experience in the field or in a related area is preferred.
