Essential Responsibilities:
Forecast and develop long-term and short-term projections for maintenance planning to minimize impact on operations, staffing levels, budgeting, and other projectsCoordinate the acquisition of parts, materials, and tooling required by maintenance operationsPerform schedules and build work packages for maintenance tasksCoordinate administrative control over maintenance planning, including budgets, forecasted hours, and job costingCommunicate with Operations to ensure sufficient operating hours and scheduling of fleet out of serviceEnsure all scheduled maintenance is completed within allotted timelinesSupport the maintenance team with the application and control of minimum equipment lists, deferred defects, and monitoring of recurring defectsQualifications:
High School DiplomaPreferred: College, Trade, or Technical DiplomaMinimum four years of maintenance experience with a preference for maintenance planning experienceKnowledge of maintenance schedules, including maintenance planning documents and schedule approvalsProficient computer skills with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)Proven ability to identify and implement improvements to processes and increase efficiencyFamiliarity with budgeting and job costing highly preferredStrong written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and accuracyTask-oriented with an excellent sense of priority, logic, and objectivity; highly organized and capable of managing multiple prioritiesAdditional Information
