Maintenance Planner II

With general supervision, this position is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive maintenance plans for our building infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation, safety, and longevity of our facilities. This role also develops work orders that comply with appropriate laws and regulations while maximizing the use of internal resources.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Identify potential maintenance issues and develop preventative maintenance plans to address them.Compile and analyze maintenance data and trends to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.Develop and maintain detailed maintenance schedules for all building infrastructure components.Work with internal stakeholders, including engineers, project managers, maintenance technicians, and department heads, to develop the scope of maintenance requirements and ensure effective communication and coordination of maintenance activities.Monitor the progress of maintenance projects and ensure they are completed on time and within scope.Maintain accurate records of all planner maintenance activities.Audit existing maintenance records for accuracy and completeness. Identifies and corrects any discrepancies.Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and new technologies related to building maintenance.Maintains strict confidentiality of sensitive information.Performs other duties as assigned.Responsible for observing all laws, regulations, and other applicable obligations wherever and whenever business is conducted on behalf of the Company. Expected to work in a safe manner in accordance with established operating procedures and practices.
