GENERAL REQUIREMENTSWork collaboratively in a team environment to successfully manage the maintenance needs of the organization.Develop positive working relationships with maintenance contractors.Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.Able to stand for long periods and climb stairs regularly throughout shift.Ability to sit for long periods of time.Ability to squat and bend frequently during shift.Tolerant to warm and cold temperatures.Basic computer knowledge and skills.Occasi 1-40% of shift       Regularly = 41-60% of shift       Frequently = 60-90% of shift       C 90-100% of shift

QUALITY CONTROL REQUIREMENTSKnowledge of and ability to follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).Complete understanding of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) and its importance.Follow and monitor to assure all Safe Quality Food (SQF) guidelines are implemented and followed.NOTE: Required to report food safety problems or concerns immediately to a person with authority to initiate action as indicated on the organizational chart.

SAFETY REQUIREMENTSBe aware of and follow up to date OSHA regulations that apply to the tasks in your job.Practice safe lifting techniques, bending and lifting with your legs not your back.Pivot with your feet avoiding twisting at the waist.Be aware of your surroundings, watching for forklift traffic and trip hazards such as pallets or cords.Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for the job you are doing.Maintain proper guards and safety devices when working with machinery and on catwalks.Never operate equipment for which you have not been properly trained or certified for.EDUCATION / CERTIFICATIONSHigh School Diploma or EquivalentAssociates Degree or Bachelor’s Degree PreferredCMRP Certified or Ability to certify within 2 years of hireJOB RESPONSIBILITIESPlanning and scheduling the predictive/preventative maintenance schedule for the facility.Planning for upcoming orders and projects.Oversee the project/backlog maintenance work and schedule team appropriately for completion.Review production and sanitation schedule to plan and assign work orders for efficient completion with minimal down time.Oversee CMMS program and ensure all maintenance time is recorded properly in the system.Ensure proper documentation is received with parts and equipment (specifications, manuals, etc.).Place orders for parts and equipment.Work with MRO Inventory Coordinator to help maintain parts inventories and back-up systems.Additional duties as assigned by Management.Respond to reports of suspicious activity related to food defense. ADM requires the successful completion of a background check.
