Ihre Aufgaben
Organisation der vorbeugenden Instandhaltungs-aufgaben und korrektiven MaSsnahmen Sicherstellung der Erfüllung rechtlicher Vorgaben in Bezug auf die Instandhaltung Schnittstelle zwischen Produktion und Maintenance Operator zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Informationsflusses Zuweisung und Priorisierung von Arbeitsauftragen an die Maintenance Operator Betreuung, Koordination und Uberwachung von Fremdfirmen und externen Prüfern Verantwortung für die Organisation der Qualitatssicherung im Bereich Maintenance nebst Dokumentation von Prüfungen und Inspektionen Durchführung von technischen Bestellungen für die Beschaffung von Dienstleistungen, Ersatzteilen und Materialien für Wartungsarbeiten Uberprüfung und Aktualisierung von Wartungsvertragen Kontinuierliche Aktualisierung und Pflege von SAP Datenbanken
Ihre Qualifikationen
Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich der chemischen Verfahrenstechnik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung mit Weiterqualifikation, z.B. zum Techniker / Meister Erste relevante Berufserfahrung in der chemischen Prozessindustrie Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von Instandhaltungsstrategien Verstandnis in themenbezogenen Vorschriften wie Din VDE, Storfall- und Betriebssicherheitsverordnung Grundlagen in Netzwerktechnik und SPS Programmierung wünschenswert Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse Gute Kommunikations- und Durchsetzungs-fahigkeiten Selbststandige, verantwortungsbewusste und sorgfaltige Arbeitsweise Ausgepragte Teamfahigkeit Bereitschaft zur gelegentlichen Schichtarbeit und Rufbereitschaft bei Engpassen
