Work closely with inventory groups to coordinate the parts kitting process and assign work assignments for shop and field mechanics. Additional InfoWhat you will need:
Two years' experience working in a Fleet Maintenance Planning and Scheduling role, and/or minimum of 5 years experience working as a Fleet Equipment Maintenance Technician.Be self-motivated and able to complete tasks with minimal supervision.Have a strong critical thinking, oral and written communication skills, be approachable and tactful.Ability to confidently interact and work with Management, cross functional teams, and vendors.Be organized, detail oriented, ability to muti-task, and track multiple projects simultaneously.Ability to prioritize jobs, recognize resource conflicts and achieve practical solutions using sound judgement and common sense.Ability to work weekendsBilingual English/SpanishValid Driver’s License with a clean DMV driving record.Pass pre-placement drug screen, physical and functional capacity evaluation.
What will set you apart:
Prior experience using or modeling OEM and /or internal p/m procedures, job plans and process guides.Basic understanding and knowledge of how to develop daily job plans that accurately estimate labor hours, materials, and skill sets required for each job task.Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) BenefitsTotal Rewards: $68,640 - $76,000 / Yearly Salary
