Responsibilities:

\r\n\r\nReviewing all work orders and issuing PM's\r\nEvaluating and re-writing all PM's annually for proper PM effectiveness\r\nDetermining basic information about the work to be performed\r\nVisiting necessary job sites to understand work that is being requested\r\nPlanning work to be accomplished\r\nDetermining availability of parts/materials needed to perform the work requested\r\nCompleting the scheduled work plan\r\nScheduling the daily work for each shift\r\nFollowing up on the work after it has been completed\r\n\r\n

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

\r\n\r\nMinimum of 5 years of maintenance-related experience\r\nExcellent Time Management, Organizational, Verbal and Written communication, plus problem-solving skills\r\nAbility to plan, execute and delegate tasks\r\nComputer literacy skills (Spreadsheet and Word Processing work)\r\n\r\n

Education and Experience:

\r\n\r\nHigh School Diploma/GED Preferred\r\nAbility to Read and Write English Preferred\r\n\r\n
