**We are looking for a strong leader to join our program in support of the U.S. Navy. This is an opportunity to develop your own path in consultation with your manager. Come join the team at the Surface Combat Systems Center (SCSC) Wallops Island. Typical responsibilities will include but are not limited to:**
+ Oversee installation and removal of equipment across multiple facilities
+ Prioritize work efforts
+ Assist engineers in room design, cable lengths and space utilization
+ Supervise cable installations and removals
+ Verify cable specification diagrams
+ Provide data for weekly/monthly status reporting
+ Familiarity with data entry forms and reporting
+ Fabricate CAT 5/6 cables
+ Assist all other craft trades in shop
**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**
+ Ability to obtain a SECRET clearance
+ Previous leadership experience
+ Minimum five years experience working with maintenance and alteration of equipment, machinery, buildings, and other facilities
+ NAVSEA P-307 rigging certification
+ Ability to perform manual labor and lifting heavy objects
**Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills**
+ Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams)
+ Demonstrated desire for continuous improvement and learning
+ Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
+ Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
+ Strong oral and written communication skills
+ Strong interpersonal skills with both junior and senior staff
+ Self-motivated, able to work independently, and takes initiative
**Pay Information**
Full-Time Salary Range: $50268 - $85455
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
