Typical responsibilities will include but are not limited to:** + Oversee installation and removal of equipment across multiple facilities + Prioritize work efforts + Assist engineers in room design, cable lengths and space utilization + Supervise cable installations and removals + Verify cable specification diagrams + Provide data for weekly/monthly status reporting + Familiarity with data entry forms and reporting + Fabricate CAT 5/6 cables + Assist all other craft trades in shop **Required Education, Experience, & Skills** + Ability to obtain a SECRET clearance + Previous leadership experience + Minimum five years experience working with maintenance and alteration of equipment, machinery, buildings, and other facilities + NAVSEA P-307 rigging certification + Ability to perform manual labor and lifting heavy objects **Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills** + Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams) + Demonstrated desire for continuous improvement and learning + Strong analytical skills and attention to detail + Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment + Strong oral and written communication skills + Strong interpersonal skills with both junior and senior staff + Self-motivated, able to work independently, and takes initiative **Pay Information** Full-Time Salary Range: $50268 - $85455 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
