Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance PLC Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining PLC-driven equipment and other electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and a strong understanding of industrial automation.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair PLC-controlled machinery and automated systems.
Program, modify, and optimize PLC logic to improve machine performance.
Perform preventative maintenance on electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals.
Install, maintain, and repair electrical components, including sensors, motors, and control panels.
Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Maintain inventory records for critical spare parts and high-cost items.
Performs other miscellaneous maintenance duties as needed.
Compensation & Benefit Information:
Hourly/Salary Pay Range: $30.00 - $35.00 hourly. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by experience and other job-related factors.
Bonus/Incentive Pay: Incentive pay may be available for certain job roles and may include piece rate incentives, weekly production bonuses, trip rates, and employee referral bonuses. A discretionary annual bonus based on Company and business unit performance may also be provided.

Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or associate degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum 2+ years in industrial maintenance with PLC troubleshooting experience.
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of PLC programming, electrical systems, mechanical components, and automation.
Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose and resolve complex machinery issues efficiently.
Communication: Ability to relay technical information clearly across shifts.
Safety Awareness: Understanding of OSHA regulations and workplace safety standards.
