Schedule Details: Our Maintenance and Engineering Department operates 7 days a week. The work schedule will be the morning shift, 5am – 1pm including weekends and holidays.

Additional Responsibilities Include::

Conducting pool maintenance and ensuring the cleanliness of pool and public areas to include: unclogging drains, plumbing, repairing pool equipment (pumps, heaters, filters and electrical switches), plunging toilettes, painting and surface repair.

Maintaining all tools and pool equipment to ensure all equipment is clean and in proper working order to include: ensuring the correct use and cleanliness of equipment and those tools are returned and secured in accurate storage areas at the end of your shift. Connect with supervisory team on needed supplies and tools.

Supervise systems as vital to include emergency systems and having general familiarization with fire sprinkler and emergency power systems.

Read, record, track and interpret readings from meters, gauges and other pool equipment measuring systems. To maintain a through daily log of pool maintenance activity and to ensure accurate information is communicated to the Sr. Pool Technician and other pool techs on the following shift.

Ensure the safety and prevention of accidents in and around the pool areas for both Team Members and guests/owners by proactively correcting any unsafe conditions.

Supervise the respirator filter record keeping and make sure pool tech I are following the process to ensure they all are in good working order and replaced as needed.

May be required to assist other Maintenance Technicians on various projects as assigned by the management team.

May be required to assist Grounds staff on cleanliness of surrounding areas adjacent to the pool facilities as determined by the management team.
