Maintenance Program Manager

Trinity Industries is hiring a Maintenance Program Manager for our Dallas, TX HQ! This role will be responsible for developing and implementing Trinity’s enterprise-wide Asset Management Program. This role will require creating tactical plans for EAM system implementation, documenting and understanding maintenance process standards and overseeing third party project resources.
What you'll do:
Lead in the development, implementation, governance and support of Trinity’s Enterprise-wide Asset Management Program Recommend and support implementation of standardized platform for Enterprise Asset Management and Maintenance Develop and lead the enterprise-wide implementation plan & schedule of preferred EAM system Recommend and document maintenance process standards and intervals and deploy via chosen EAM system Provide maintenance operations oversight and frequency systems validation with site level and upwards reporting Provide guidance and recommendations to in-house or 3rd party maintenance teams for required activities and specialized equipment issues Identify/develop 3rd parties as needed for maintenance support Provide support enterprise-wide for capital projects Participate in the development and contracting of 3rd party project management resources Participate in equipment/facilities design and selection from EAM perspective and provide recommendationsWhat you'll need:
Degree in mechanical, manufacturing, or electrical engineering is considered a strong plus or commensurate experience 10 years’ experience in maintenance management leading teams in a heavy manufacturing environment with minimum 5 years’ experience as a Plant Maintenance Manager (experience in a multi–facility environment is a plus)Degree in mechanical, manufacturing or electrical engineering is considered a strong plus or commensurate experience Must have prior EAM system and operational experience including, designing, implementing, and executing facilities and equipment maintenance routines Demonstrated track record of dedication to safety performance, policies and procedures Commitment to excellence Technical knowledge of facility and equipment maintenance such as: hydraulics & presses, electronics and PLC systems, blast and fabrication equipment, painting equipment, compressed air systems, compressed gasses systems, heat treatment equipment, electrical distribution systems Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) is a plus Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex problems Familiarity with industry standards and regulations Proficiency in using common maintenance software Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making Ability to travel up to 50% as needing including travel to Mexico facilities
