THE ROLE
The Maintenance Program Manager is responsible for handling daily operations of the Altum Work Order system, and ancillary administrative items for the Facilities Team.
ESSENTIAL DUTES AND RESPONSIBILITIES QUALIFICATIONS
Generate, distribute, track, maintain, coordinate, and close out work orders using Bigfoot and Altum CMMS software.
Coordinate onboarding and training for new CMMS software users across the company.
Assist with conducting routine facility and pre-event inspections for the Facilities and Engineering Department.
Create and maintain all Preventative Maintenance (PM) work orders in the CMMS software.
Maintain a filing and tracking system for BCCC facility blueprints and project documents.
Generate work orders from incident reports, regular facility inspections, and external safety audits.
Develop and distribute weekly and monthly reports, including graphs and charts showcasing departmental efficiencies.
Support the Facilities Department as a dispatcher in the Event Operations Center during major events.
Monitor and address Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for BCCC and all stakeholders.
Ensure timely and professional correspondence on business matters and inquiries.
Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of prior experience in facility operations, maintenance, or administration.
Experience in convention centers, hotels, or similar environments is a plus.

COMPUTER SKILLS
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) at an advanced level.
Minimum of 2 years prior facility, operations, or administrative experience.
General competency with navigating online software and programs.
