CHA Consulting, Inc. is currently seeking a Maintenance Project Engineer to join our Power & Manufacturing – Asset Management Team working at a client site in Durham, NC.

Our Maintenance Project Engineer is responsible for executing maintenance and project engineering tasks to support our client’s maintenance and capital projects.  This individual is responsible for supporting all client maintenance shutdowns as well as supporting all phases of ongoing preventative and corrective maintenance.

REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering is requiredMinimum of 2 years of related Engineering experience requiredFamiliarity with preventative maintenance practices and procedures Familiarity with GxP processes and procedures Strong knowledge of engineering, computational, and modeling software (Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation, etc.)Experience with CMMS & CCMS applications (SAP, Maximo, ProCal, Blue Mountain) Ability and willingness to perform field reviews of equipment and assets and support the client at their site as needed Has a strong theoretical knowledge in the respective engineering fieldDemonstrates a strong willingness to learn about the respective engineering disciplineFamiliar with QA/QC proceduresEffective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt communication style to suit various audiences Desire to work in a collaborative team environment with the willingness to assist more senior staffAbility to work independently and complete projects with minimal supervision  Proficiency with Microsoft Office software required Ability to stand/walk as well as work in GMP clean space and extreme temperature environments   SALARY RANGE:

$75,000 - $88,000

Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
