We serve and enhance human dignity for people of all faiths and beliefs. **Maintenance Property Technician** 32 hours per week (between the hours of 8:00am – 4:30pm) – Monday thru Friday **Job Summary:** The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the overall maintenance of the apartment complex to include minor electrical and plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, refrigeration, new and retro fit construction, painting, drywall and taping. The maintenance technician will be responsible for turning over the apartment after a resident has moved out.
