Maintenance & Reliability Excellence Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:• Leads a cross-functional team of multidisciplinary subject matter experts to ensure consistent application of maintenance and reliability processes across the organization.• Develops, implements, and provides assurance against Maintenance and Reliability (M&R) standards and processes.• Serves as OEMS program owner for the Work Management Process (WMP).• Drives routine maintenance best practice development, implementation, and auditing.• Collaborates across areas and departments to ensure the work management process and tool implementation and effectiveness.• Leads the Community of Practice for WMP and associated tools to ensure sustained knowledge of the standards and processes, continuous improvement, and cross-organizational knowledge sharing. • Responsible for the master data set and the applicable input fields related to Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) data.• Establishes and reports consistent M&R metrics tracks applicable KPIs associated with EAM activities.• Analyzes internal and external performance metrics and benchmarking data; develops recommendations for closing identified gaps.• Acts as the business unit lead and liaison with IT for the management of EAM applications to ensure tool effectiveness, functionality, training, support and change management.• Represents the business unit when working with the corporate EAM group, ensuring business unit requirements and constraints are considered during the generation of corporate policies, procedures, and directions as they pertain to EAM. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.• Five (5) years of leadership experience required.• Eight (8) years of experience in maintenance or operations required.• Fifteen (15) years of experience in midstream, refining, or petrochemicals industries required.• Extensive experience with maintenance work management systems required.
