Maintenance/Reliability Supervisor
MAU is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor for our client in Washington, GA. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will lead the maintenance team in troubleshooting, repairing, and enhancing industrial manufacturing equipment to maximize plant reliability and performance. This is a direct-hire opportunity.

Benefits Package 401(k) Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Paid time off Shift Information Monday – Friday (40 hours) Required Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent Extensive experience with industrial electronic equipment, including motors, drives, controls, starters, lights, power, communication systems, and PLCs Extensive programming experience Experience working on energized circuits Strong written and verbal communication skills Preferred Education and Experience College degree or technical school degree Supervisory experience General Requirements Must be able to speak, read, write, and comprehend English Strong math skills, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide, and read measurements in standard and metric Proficiency in reading electrical schematics and PLC programs Ability to climb stairs, lift and carry up to 55 lbs, kneel, bend, and ascend/descend ladders Understanding of best practice safety procedures, including Arc Flash Protection Strong human relations skills and a team-oriented mindset Essential Functions Supervise maintenance personnel in executing equipment maintenance and repair Participate in daily scheduling and check-in meetings Coordinate activities for scheduled maintenance Conduct daily job walk-downs and ensure work quality and safety Maintain and report job status and provide feedback to Operations Conduct toolbox meetings and status updates with staff Process invoices for services and support lean manufacturing goals Provide technical support across site maintenance operations Manage administrative tasks: timekeeping, training, evaluations, and discipline Identify training needs and lead 5S activities Submit updated drawings to Engineering Order and track materials needed for maintenance Troubleshoot PLC programming and support equipment modifications Lead preventive and predictive maintenance planning Develop and assemble work packages for maintenance jobs Assist in monitoring maintenance costs and plant availability goals Maintain a maintenance backlog and work schedules Working Conditions On-site position in a manufacturing environment May involve night or weekend work Long periods of standing, walking, kneeling, bending, and reaching Physical Demands Ability to lift up to 55 pounds Frequent climbing of stairs and ladders Extended periods of standing or walking
