What will you do?

Main Objective
The Maintenance Reliability Supervisor ensures the reliability and efficiency of manufacturing assets through effective maintenance strategies and continuous improvement initiatives. The position is also responsible for addressing daily maintenance issues including effective direction of work, managing breakdowns, setting priorities and allocation of resources.

 

Main Activities

Lead a team of maintenance technicians and maintenance planner to execute all maintenance activities (preventive, predictive and corrective). Provide technical expertise / guidance to personnel on troubleshooting complex equipment issues and implementing best practices. Defines and optimizes resources to maintain and improve performance of equipment, aligned with the objectives set (safety, quality, environment, costs, deadlines). Drafts and implements corrective and preventive improvement plans in addition to equipment replacement plans. Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor equipment reliability, maintenance effectiveness, and overall asset performance. Develop and implement asset reliability strategies to maximize equipment uptime / minimize downtime in the production process. Utilize reliability centered maintenance principles to prioritize tasks and effectively allocate resources. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvement that will drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance asset reliability, maintenance efficiency, and overall plant performance. Develop and maintain a spare parts inventory management system to ensure availability of critical components and minimize lead times for repairs. Maintain / Improve Facility infrastructure and conditions in alignment with safety and food safety requirements. Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for equipment failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Ensure accuracy of data in SAP / maintenance management software to communicate maintenance performance metrics, reliability improvements, and project updates to senior management. Coordinates and manages work performed by outside contractors; ensuring compliance with all safety and technical policies. What will you need to be successful? Engineering degree highly preferred. Minimum 8 years experience in maintenance / asset management with 5 of those years at a supervisor / leadership position. Experience within a food / beverage manufacturing facility. Microsoft Office skills and SAP (nice to have). Leadership, communication and organization skills. Compensation Data

The typical hiring range for this role is $62,906 to $92,755 annually and is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, location, etc. In addition to your pay, Kerry offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and retirement contribution (all benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements).
