Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (MRO) Agile Scrum Analyst

Kearney & Company is currently seeking an Analyst to support Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (MRO) SCRUM team activities. The successful candidate will serve as a key member on one of the Agile Framework SCRUM Teams supporting the MRO solution using unmodified commercial software. Additionally, this candidate will develop and support applicable methodologies, tools, approaches, and points of view related to the MRO solution. Duties include but are not limited to: Provide analysis and problem resolution for fixes to reported problems Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and provide Oracle training, as required Interact and communicate effectively with logistics and technology senior/middle management Participate in MRO process improvement workshops identifying gaps, and providing solutions to bridge gaps and enhance processes Apply basic skills and experience in systems development, detailed knowledge of business processes, technical background and supervisory skills to implement business solutions Support project teams Assist the SCRUM Master and Product Owner as required Write User Stores and decompose user stories into smaller, actionable Tasks Have frequent (daily) communication with and demonstration of progress to the SCRUM Master Qualifications At least 2 years of Air Force financial management, supply chain, or maintenance experience Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance (requires US Citizenship) Willing and able to travel in support of MRO as required Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree Maintenance background with experience in the Integrated Logistics System - Supply (ILS-S), the Comprehensive Engine Maintenance System (CEMS), or the Wholesale and Retail Receiving and Shipping System (D035K), a plus. Knowledge of PL/SQL, JAVA, and SOA Agile Framework (i.e., SCRUM Master, Product Owner) certifications Overview Exclusively focused on the Government, Kearney & Company provides financial services, including auditing, consulting, and technology services. This range is representative of base pay only and does not include straight time pay for hours worked over 40 per week, company contributions towards paid benefits, and/or bonuses. Actual compensation (meeting or exceeding the range) will be determined based on specific experience, education, work location, clearance level, and other factors permitted by law. This position is eligible for bonuses (when applicable).
