Vendor and Maintenance / Repair Coordinator

Responsibilities:

– Prioritize tasks based on importance

– Keep up with the preventative maintenance schedule for all the forklifts, mule trucks, and reach trucks on site and schedule with contractor

– Make POs in a timely manner and send to appropriate person

– Work along side the parts room coordinator and support them when needed

– Keep track of the tools and supplies the technicians use for jobs

– Keep an inventory count of janitorial supplies and keep the supplies in stock for our janitorial team

– Plan work order requests and coordinate with forklift technicians to get the task completed as quickly as possible

– Call contractors out to work on our packaging equipment and send POs for service as needed.

– Signing in contractors working on site and keeping up with the contractor vests

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30pm

Pay range: $16.00 to $18.00 an hour. Based on experience.

Medium - high level of computer skills

MS Office - proficient in Exel

Employee must be able to lift and/or move 50 pounds, use stairs, and stand for longer periods.

1-3 years relevant experience, with a strong emphasis on industrial maintenance preferred

Basic knowledge of electricity, mechanics, and pneumatics not required but a plus
