Summary: Seeking a Maintenance Sales Representative with HVAC or facility services experience to drive business growth in the Colorado Springs region.

Job Requirements:

Associates degree

Minimum of two years outside sales experience

Background in HVAC, facility services industries, or property management

Preferred Skills:

Experience with business-to-business sales

Knowledge of the business environment in the Colorado Springs region

Excellent interpersonal communication skills

Demonstrated track record of rapport building, sales success, and customer satisfaction

Job Responsibilities:

Redeem annual booking plan in assigned markets and territory at company-approved pricing standards

Develop assigned key accounts

Pay Details: $55.00 to $60.00 per hour
