403b + matching Up to 4 weeks paid time off in first year Onsite childcare - Quincy & Pittsfield locations 24/7 Wellness Center access - Quincy location Educational assistance opportunities JOB SUMMARY This position is responsible for a wide variety of duties in the corrective and preventive maintenance field, including but not limited to minor plumbing repairs, HVAC work, filter changes, light bulb and ballast changes and all duties required to maintain the physical campus.This position requires full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of Blessing Hospital. It is expected that the employee demonstrate behavior consistent with the Core Values while supporting the strategic plan, goals and direction of the Performance Improvement Process (PIP) at Blessing Hospital. JOB QUALIFICATIONS Education/Training/Experience: REQUIRED: High School graduate or equivalent or Current High School Student that is 18 years of age. PREFERRED: Technical or Trade School training and two (2) years in the field Experience with Microsoft Word and software License/Certifications/Special Requirements: Valid Driver’s license required for 2nd or 3rd shift Maintenance Specialist.
