Maintenance Specialist

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the processes in maintaining and preserving the efficiency of all equipment, production lines, and/or facilities, resulting in the optimization of technical and financial resources. Each day, you will oversee execution of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of equipment, production lines, and/or facilities. You will also showcase your expertise by managing and updating technical documentation of equipment, production lines, and/or facilities. The work model for the role is #LI-Onsite.This role is contributing to Our electrification Business in Bengaluru.You will be mainly accountable for:•\tDefining maintenance plans for new production lines or facilities, and consulting on ways to improve reliability, maintainability, and safety of equipment and/or facilities.•\tSolving major technical, equipment, or facilities problems to achieve higher performance of the production lines.•\tProposing improvement projects for processes and production lines aimed at reducing ordinary and extraordinary maintenance and optimizing operational and energy efficiency.•\tResponding to emergencies, breakdowns, malfunctions, and other operating problems to minimize disruption in the production process.•\tManages and updates technical documentation of equipment, production lines, and/or facilities.

Qualifications for the role

\tB.E/Diploma in Electrical / Mechatronics.\tExperience in Switchgear & electrical industry preferred.\tKnowledge In Programming PLC’s, Pneumatics, drives & Pneumatics, Cylinders, grippers.\tAbility To Read Electrical Schematics\tAbility to demonstrate success in driving projects to meet targets and deadlines.
