Goal of position

Lead the team of specialist mechanical engineers by planning activities to ensure the completion and success of assigned projects.

Principal activities Lead machinery upgrades. Lead projects related to machinery lay out relocation.    Lead new projects, installations, request for technical information, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic prints to be added in the maintenance unit. Coordinate energy projects. Act as interface between customers and staff, clearly communicate objectives and means available to equipment.  Meet maintenance budget. Generate budgets for new projects. Hold meetings with staff to ensure that communications are shared appropriately. Provide support to SFM and JFM. Checking process quality status deviations as well as proper quality assurance. Management of cost saving projects, PM and TPM. Providing support in audits. Scholarship, knowledge, experience and skills Bachelor´s Degree / Engineering Electric, Electronic, Engineering Mechatronical Engineering Industrial.  Advanced english. At least 5 years of experience in related position, experience in personnel management. Technical knowledge in mechanical and electrical maintenance. Experience in maintenance project management, desirable experience in the definition and execution of strategic plans in energy, sustainability and cost reduction.  Leadership, assertive communication skills, conflict resolution, perseverance, and costumer service.
