The Maintenance Superintendent will perform complex, non-repetitive, managerial duties which will monitor department performance daily. Direct Supervisors and Lead associates to ensure that all paperwork is distributed and being filled out properly in a timely manner. Maintain a safe environment to work in and to monitor all necessary procedures.
\r\nEssential Functions, Duties & Responsibilities
\r\n\r\nInspect daily releases from supply.\r\nIdentify Planned work for Maintenance back log.\r\nOversee CMMS / SAP work order requests.\r\nTrack progress of open projects.\r\nWork with external resources for maintenance and capital solutions.\r\nAttend daily meetings.\r\nPerform weekly safety audits, equipment audits.\r\nAttend KPI and Capital meetings.\r\nWrite CER’s as required.\r\nManage capital projects as assigned. Prepare KPI’s.\r\nMaintain budgets in assigned departments.\r\nBuild a team-based atmosphere.\r\nProvide direction for SAP CMMS and the BOSS System.\r\nProvide support to assigned production areas.\r\nComplete walk around.\r\nDevelopment of team through regular one on one meetings\r\nTrack progress of open projects.\r\n\r\nKnowledge, Skills & Abilities
\r\n\r\nIndustry and plant-wide equipment knowledge.\r\nKnowledge on CER’s, budget control, safety, and food\r\nSafety; Must have good team-building skills and understanding of leadership requirements.\r\n\r\nEducation & Experience:
\r\n\r\nMinimum of 5 -7 years of related work experience.\r\nMust have relevant experience with machinery and equipment.\r\nDegree in a related field not required.\r\n\r\n\r\n
