Maintenance Supervisor 2-Grant Casino

Full Time 

7:00AM-3:30PM| Sunday- Monday off| Days and Shift Will Vary Due To Business Needs| This position will require you to be On Call 

$62,400.00 Yearly 

Weekly Earned Wage Access is an option for this position. 

Job Purpose or Objective(s): Coordinate work assignments and supervise maintenance workers in maintaining and repairing equipment, structures, utility systems, buildings, and grounds. 

Primary Tasks: 

Plan, prioritize, and assign work orders to maintenance workers. Supervises the activities of maintenance workers, ensuring safety procedures are followed at all times.

      4. Verify that repairs are completed safely, correctly, following approved methods, and completed in a timely manner. Actively works to complete open and outstanding work orders through CMMS.  

       5. Procure tools, equipment and supplies, based on project needs.

        6. Interpret and disseminate company policy to employees, enforcing company policy and practices 

        7. Provide support to Facilities Management Team to analyze and resolve work problems 

        8. Provide training and resources to team members, in order to improve skillsets. 

        9. Create budget for each project and report expenditures, material lists, and inventory counts before and after completion. 

       10. Perform all oversight of Kronos for direct reports. Conduct all personnel quarterly reviews. 

        11. Other duties as assigned. 

Required Education, Skills and Experience:  

MINIMUM 

Associate degree or 2 years directly related experience, or 2 years directly related experience. A combination of 3-5 years of directly related training and/or experience required Must be able to move office furniture, kitchen equipment, and lift sakrete mix into the work area. Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing. Must possess a valid Oklahoma driver's license Should have basic computer skills ie: word, excel, powerpoint Strict adherence to job site Safety Programs, as well as ongoing Safety Training. Prior supervisory experience preferred 

TARGET 

 

Bachelor’s degree or 4 years directly related experience. A license or certificate in a maintenance or construction field. Valid driver's license and CDL.  Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing. Should have strong computer skills ie: word, excel, powerpoint  Expert mechanical proficiency with technical/mechanical requirements of the job Strict adherence to job site  Safety Programs, as well as ongoing Safety Training.  Five plus (5+) years' experience in a maintenance or construction field with five (5) years of supervisory experience.
