Job Description:

Assign work, analyze productivity, workflow, methods, and procedures, making recommendations to management as appropriate regarding maintenance functions.Enforce all company policies and plant rules, including but not limited to problem-solving, development, and implementation of procedures.Examine work orders and PM’s. Estimates worker hour requirements for completion of job assignments.Recommend measures to improve efficiency and troubleshooting of equipment.Responsible for miscellaneous projects as required.Coordinate day-to-day administration of maintenance tasks, work orders, scheduling, and procedures.Interprets and communicates company policies to workers and enforces safety regulations.Administer discipline, corrective action, and coaching as needed.Create a work environment that promotes respect and supports company values.Confers with other Supervisors/Managers to coordinate activities of maintenance requirements.
