**Job Title** : Maintenance Supervisor
**Reports To** : Engineering Manager
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing maintenance operations, ensuring top efficiency and productivity within the department, and minimizing downtime. This role involves managing work assignments, coordinating safety protocols, liaising with vendors and contractors, and maintaining equipment and parts to support smooth plant operations. You will also ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory procedures.
**Key Responsibilities** :
+ Lead weekly safety meetings and enforce safety protocols.
+ Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and vendors for maintenance support.
+ Manage and maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and spare parts to reduce downtime.
+ Review production schedules to assess labor requirements and optimize resource allocation.
+ Suggest operational improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
+ Ensure the accuracy of work orders, maintenance logs, and machine records.
+ Monitor and ensure compliance with safety regulations and ISO quality standards.
+ Assist in launching new programs and manage plant security and safety equipment.
+ Take action to address quality issues and implement corrective solutions to prevent recurrence.
**Qualifications** :
+ Bachelor's degree required.
+ Experience in Maintenance Supervision, specifically for conveyor systems, assembly equipment, and facilities.
+ Proficient in CMMS, predictive maintenance, and troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
+ Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints for electrical, mechanical, and fabrication tasks.
+ Knowledge of PLCs, RCM, and reliability-centered maintenance practices.
+ Ability to work in varying environmental conditions and extended hours if needed.
**Physical Requirements** :
+ Capable of lifting, standing, crouching, climbing, and operating machinery/equipment.
+ Able to work in diverse weather conditions and on different shift schedules.
**SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:**
+ Must be able and willing to work overtime and respond emergency calls.
+ Must be willing to work extended periods of time or varying shift hours.
+ Must be able to work in inclement weather conditions.
+ Must be able to get certified in forklift and other powered vehicles.

**Pay Details:** $80,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
