As a Maintenance Supervisor you will be expected to manage all aspects of operational, compliance and planned maintenance across all functions dedicated to the client account. **Here is a snapshot of your day:** + Responsible for the engineering technician and ensure statutory compliance and both planned/reactive maintenance delivery for the site. + Ensure that SLAs and KPIs are achieved for operational delivery for both Reactive and Planned Maintenance activities. + Management of the supply chain including sub-contractors and suppliers. + Provide technical and operational support to the engineering team + Support the Site FM, as needed for the site location. + Provide outside of normal hours support in the case of call out/escalation as part of an on-call roster + Generation of extra works through site walk arounds and communication with sub contractors + Ensuring QHSE documentation is maintained and readily available. **Ideal Candidate:** + Strong understanding and experience of a technical discipline (trade qualified) with experience in maintaining FCU's/VAV's + Demonstrable experience in a similar customer facing role with medium sized business. + Previous experience of using a CMMS or CAFM system. + Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to prioritise workloads. **Can we inspire you to join us?** People are the foundation upon which our success is built.
