Job Description

What You Will Do:

Assist with managing building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, and water treatmentHelp plan and evaluate preventive maintenance schedulesConduct room and equipment inspections and identify repair needsEnsure team members have needed tools and supplies through approved platformsCoach and support maintenance associates in alignment with Atrium’s Core ValuesAssist with scheduling, vendor proposals, and hands-on repair work

What We Are Looking For:

1+ year of maintenance or engineering experience requiredPrior supervisory or team leadership experience preferredHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredHVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification preferredStrong troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skillsWillingness to lead by example and complete technician-level tasks as needed
