Ag Processing Inc (AGP) is hiring for a maintenance supervisor in Eagle Grove, IA! In this role you will be responsible for supervising the work of our maintenance staff to keep the machines, equipment and facility running efficiently. This position oversees the maintenance needs for the soy crush plant.

 

Responsibilities:

Supervise daily activities of the maintenance crew Schedule and assigning work Plan and direct employee workflow Check work for accuracy and resolve work problems Maintain inventory by monitoring supply levels and what is needed for maintenance Organize materials in the maintenance department on an as needed Purchase needed items as directed Assist maintenance crew as needed Use our accounting and project procedures Develop and manage assigned projects Generate and review contracts, preventive maintenance records and other records to ensure all work orders have been completed Enforce company policies and procedures Attend community and company meetings
