The Maintenance Supervisor position is a supervisory leadership role supported by on-the-job training, development, and opportunity for career progression. Maintenance Supervisors are:

You'll have... 

High School Diploma or GED1+ years of supervisory and / or manufacturing experienceFundamental working knowledge of PLC logic and controlsDemonstrated mechanical aptitudeWorking knowledge of Microsoft: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OutlookAbility to work rotating shifts and hours, including nights and weekends

What you'll do...

Create a safety culture and apply and implement workplace policiesLead/ coach skilled trades/maintenance personnel in all aspects of asset management including but not limited to: asset availability (mean time to repair, mean time between failure), cycle time, preventative maintenance, predictive and condition-based monitoring technologies.Lead/coach teams in leveraging new and existing machine monitoring tools to identify constraints in the system and systematically reduce and eliminate interruptions in production flow.Build strong interpersonal relationships with hourly team members, union, and management teams.Communicate effectively with hourly team members, leaders, business partners and customersAdminister the CBA (collective bargaining agreement) consistently and effectivelyEvaluate team member performance and encourage continuous improvement
