YOUR ROLE Lead, coach & develop plant team and talent management for the shopfloor. Drive overall plant health through Preventive Maintenance (PM) compliance. Own and execute the Maintenance Schedule during the week of execution. Obtain and Maintain 95% compliance with the Maintenance Schedule. Establish track and update ETIC’s for critical breakdowns on the MDOR board. Evaluate the quality of maintenance, training, and personnel qualifications, track training requirements and ensure training documentation is complete and accurate. Drive continuous improvement in Maintenance KPIs YOUR SKILLS4-year technical degree
Minimum seven years' experience in maintenance execution in a manufacturing environment Aptitude with computer systems especially email, database entry, and Microsoft Office proficiency Experience with maintenance systems strongly preferred. I.e. Maximo, SAP, or EAMs Problem solving ability and critical thinking skills required Excellent communication, analytical, and follow through skills Troubleshooting experience with PLC and mixing equipment preferred Siemens PCS7, Foxboro, and/or Rockwell operating systems preferredThe salary for this role is $80,000.00 - $100,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
