Your specific duties as a Maintenance Supervisor will include:         Compensation (Range):  $36/ hour Maintenance Breakdown Support • FIS Shift Edits • 202/207 Meetings • Spare Part Procurement (From stores, external, other plants) parts RFQ’s • MOS Spare Parts, Critical Spares • MOS BBQ • Arc Flash database Management and Implementation • 1A5-5-10 Print Updates (AutoCAD), Plotting and organization • AIS Box /QLS configuration • Plant Layouts (AutoCAD) • FIS Administrator (Body and Stamping) • FIS Pager configuration (Body and Stamping) • Maintenance SPL’s • Maintenance SharePoint Administrators • FIS SharePoint Administrators • Constraint Management • Weekend Planning • Process Coach (Maintenance) Support and Mentoring • Robot, PLC, HMI VFD back-up management • NPS project implementation • Re-balance implementation • MOS Motor Matrix • Engineering Specialist (Automation) Night Letter • Weekend, Shutdown Maintenance Support • New Model Launch implementation • AVS/IBSS support and implementation • Cycle Time/ Weld Re-balance implementation • EIS Implementation and Support • Error Proofing Implementation and Support • Weld Engineering Support • Technical Training Support • Daily E-mails of Top three Maintenance Faults, General Stores Purchases and MOS status to Production Team Managers. • Facility Operations Support • Downtime, Launch Planning • 4D’s/Maximo reporting

Job Requirements
As a Maintenance Supervisor you must represent our company well by being responsible, punctual and motivated to go above and beyond the call of duty. You must also be highly detail-oriented and organized with excellent analytic and problem-solving abilities.  It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. Management Maintenance Skills Preferred: Manufacturing Robotics PLC Education Required: High School/GED
