**Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor** **Job Description** As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will plan, schedule, and drive change, assisting both 2nd and 3rd shifts. This hands-on role involves working closely with technicians and other personnel to mentor, lead, and support the team. **Hard Skills** + Working supervisor + Continuous improvement + Multi-skilled maintenance + 480v electrical maintenance + Mechanical maintenance + PLC troubleshooting + Robotics troubleshooting + Injection molding, thermoforming, extrusion, or some sort of plastics manufacturing experience highly preferred **Soft Skills** + Mentoring + Leadership + Team support **Job Type** This is a permanent, direct-hire position. **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in Chattanooga, TN. **Work Environment** Automotive manufacturing environment. **Pay:** $75-$85k, depending on experience, PLUS overtime pay for any hours over 45 in a week. **Shift:** preferably a mix between 2nd and 3rd, so you can support both shifts, but they could do a true 3rd shift, too, if necessary. **Schedule:** Monday-Friday with OT on weekends as needed. **Weekly Hours:** 50+.
