Maintenance Supervisor assists the Maintenance Manager in the day-to-day management of the company's maintenance activities. He/She is responsible for coordinating maintenance teams, supervising technical interventions, and guaranteeing the availability and performance of equipment and infrastructure.
Main tasks :
Team management:
Manage and supervise a team of maintenance technicians. Organize preventive and corrective maintenance schedules and operations. Provide ongoing training and skills development for the team.Planning and Organization:
Develop and implement the maintenance plan to ensure the smooth operation of equipment. Anticipate and plan technical stoppages to avoid breakdowns.Preventive and corrective maintenance:
Implement preventive maintenance procedures to minimize breakdowns and business interruptions. Respond to breakdowns and coordinate repairs.Budget management:
Monitor and manage the budget allocated to the maintenance department. Propose investments to improve maintenance conditions and equipment efficiency.Continuous improvement :
Analyze maintenance department performance indicators. Implement corrective actions and improve maintenance processes.Interdepartmental collaboration:
Work closely with other departments (production, quality, safety) to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.Skills and qualifications :
DEC in mechanical engineering or industrial maintenance or DEC in electromechanics or relevant experience in the field. Significant experience in a similar position, 5 to 10 years. Experience in team management. Fluent in French and English.Technical skills:
In-depth knowledge of mechanical, electrical and electronic systems. Refrigeration, CMMS, health and safety standards. Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate a team, decision-making. Project management: Ability to plan and coordinate maintenance projects. Personal qualities: Communication, Good interpersonal skills to work with other departments and stakeholders, ability to act as a coach, know how to lead and motivate a team. Apply
