Responsible for maintenance function, accountable & responsible for predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance for allequipment within an entity. Hierarchical management involving the elaboration, application & overall management of standardized processes and plans to ensure safety, quality, service / availability, cost. Strong contributor to continuous improvement. People management & budgetary accountability.Enforce safety & health rules & 5S Manage the maintenance department according to SPS/SIM rules, to guarantee the performance of industrial equipment (OEE, MTBF, MTTR ..)Be responsible for people management including goal setting, performance management, competency development, recognition, engagement, well being Manage the TPM on the whole process to increase the reliability and availability of workstations, production lines  Decide, prioritise & implement with manufacturing the maintenance actions plan in order to maintain machines original state Manage the technical aspects for capability of all internal tools under responsibility of the plantIs the responsible of the correct preservation of tools and equipment Manage & optimise maintenance costs including spare parts inventory for internal and external production meansOrganize the intervention of his/her team in the implementation and ramp up of new workstations or production lineEnsure consistency and updating of the maintenance information system (CMMS\: Computerized Maintenance Management System) for internal meansUpdate and ensure the business continuity plan in term of equipment and toolsBring locally his/her technical expertise within industrialization team or Manufacturing Engineering team. Select, validate, introduce and standardize new technologies/processes locally.
