As the **Maintenance Supervisor** , you will play a key role in ensuring work orders are completed promptly and to brand standards, allowing our guests to have seamless and enjoyable stays. **We Offer:** + A supportive and inclusive culture that values collaboration and positivity. + Exceptional growth opportunities with training and promotion from within. + Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits, including health coverage, retirement plans, and generous paid time off. + Hotel discounts and perks to enhance your work-life balance. + Recognition programs that celebrate your contributions and success. **What You’ll Do:** As a **Maintenance Supervisor** , you’ll take on responsibilities such as: + Assisting in the management of building assets, including HVAC, plumbing, water treatment, refrigeration, and electrical systems. + Planning, scheduling, and evaluating preventive maintenance programs for peak efficiency. + Conducting inspections of guest rooms and equipment to identify repair needs. + Ensuring the engineering team is equipped with proper tools and supplies using company-approved ordering platforms. + Coaching and providing accountability for engineering associates in alignment with Atrium’s Core Values. + Assisting in the creation of staff schedules based on business demands. + Collaborating on vendor proposals and managing external relationships. + Maintaining cleanliness and safety by sanitizing work areas after completing tasks. + Reporting equipment issues, safety hazards, or accidents to leadership promptly. + Handling tasks typically assigned to Maintenance Technicians when needed. + Performing other duties as required to fulfill the primary purpose of this position. **What We’re Looking For:** **Experience** + Required: At least one (1) year of engineering/maintenance experience. + Preferred: Prior supervisory or leadership experience. **Education** + Required: High school diploma or equivalent. **Certifications** + Preferred: HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing Certification. **Physical Requirements** + Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally. + Frequent bending, squatting, walking, and standing for extended periods. **Other Requirements** + Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays. __________________________________________________ When you’re an Atrium Associate, you’re a part of a crucial workforce providing the ultimate ‘Home Away From Home’ for our guests.
