Direct Hire position$80,000.00 /annuallyFull Time work availableWeekend work requiredFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 06:30pm)Install and repair machinery, mechanical and electrical equipmentRebuild or repair pellet mills, conveyors, screws, gearboxes, chains using hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical troubleshooting skillsMaintain a preventative maintenance program to ensure safe working conditions, minimal production downtime, and equipment sustainabilitySupervise and train Millwrights and LME apprentice to troubleshoot all equipment on plant sitePrioritize and delegate maintenance schedules and activities, track production down time, schedule maintenance days and weekend projectsMaintenance Supervisor Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED requiredLimited Maintenance Electrician (LME) card preferredJourneyman Millwright card preferredMinimum 5 years of experience in journeyman level millwright or equivalent experiencePLC knowledge a plus Basic understanding of electrical conceptsProject planning & implementation, PM program experience, and supervisory experience preferred Basic knowledge of computers (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
