Downer’s Maintenance and ITS business provides critical road network management and maintenance services, helping government and private sector asset owners and operators deliver safe, reliable and enjoyable journeys for road users. 

We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to lead our Road Maintenance teams in the Hume region of Victoria, based out of our Wodonga depot. This role will suit an individual who enjoy working outdoors, leading and supporting teams success, and; have a high regard for safety in the workplace. 

What you’ll bring 

Exposure leading/supervising maintenance crews, planning works and working with members of the public  Drive accountability throughout the workforce  Commitment to Quality outcomes with a focus on delivering in full and on time  Possess strong skills in planning and scheduling, checking crew work and working with asset management systems.  A successful track record of proactively building relationships with key clients and stakeholders  Strong safety focus - actively participate in and support Downer Zero Harm initiatives and strategies
