**Summary**
The maintenance supervisor will lead a team of mechanics who diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical equipment.
The salary range for this position is $63,000 - $95,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications with an annual bonus available (variable depending on performance).

**Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities**
+ Supervise a shift maintenance team to include hiring, training, and developing the team to meet the needs of the department
+ Provide safe working conditions for associates and ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed
+ Provide technical support regarding routine and preventative maintenance requirements
+ Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical equipment failures
+ Repair and rebuild mechanical and electrical equipment
+ Monitor the work of external contractors to ensure contract specifications complete work
+ Ensure all work is completed by all Federal, state, and Local environmental and safety requirements
**Minimum Education**
+ HS Diploma or GED **_required_**
+ Advanced vocational or technical training **_preferred_**
**Experience Requirements**
+ 3 - 5 years of prior supervisory experience in a similar industry
+ Understanding of manufacturing technologies
+ Understanding of mechanical and electrical processes and equipment
+ Understanding of CMS systems, PMs, and data entry
+ Understanding and monitoring KPI's
+ Strong communication, math, analytical, and interpersonal skills
+ Understanding of standard software applications
**Environmental Factors and Physical Requirements**
Able to move freely throughout the Division facilities to include climbing vertical heights (0 - 150'), carrying tools and equipment (0-100 pounds), exposure to extreme temperatures (0-100 Degrees Fahrenheit), humidity, (0 - 100%), noise (50db to 100db) and chemicals (MSDS sheets available). Must be able to wear protective equipment to include self-contained breathing apparatus. Required to travel to remote Division facilities.
