Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

\n

Job Summary:
The Maintenance Supervisor will lead the operations for our in-house maintenance team. Responsibilities include managing work order scheduling, ensuring quality control, reviewing billing details for accuracy, and developing the team’s ability to take on more complex tasks. The role will also involve project management, attending sales meetings, and building relationships both internally and externally. Additionally, the position will have oversight responsibilities for subcontractors for projects under $10k. This position reports directly to the Field Service Director.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

\n\nLead and manage a team of skilled in-house technicians.\nOversee the work order and estimate flow for the in-house operations.\nManage and develop technician schedules to ensure coverage and efficient task completion.\nAttend and lead sales meetings related to complex proposals and project scopes.\nFoster relationships with both internal teams and external clients to enhance service delivery.\nBe on call as required for emergency maintenance and other critical needs.\nThis role will hold a 20% billable requirement, meaning 20% of the time will be spent doing work orders or other billable tasks.\nPerform other duties as assigned by the Field Service Director.\n\n Requirements

Knowledge and Skills:

\n\nProficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).\nStrong knowledge of company policies, procedures, and forms.\nUnderstanding of state or local governmental safety requirements.\nKnowledge of general maintenance procedures, including documentation, safety regulations, and required reporting.\nFamiliarity with electrical and plumbing codes and maintenance standards.\nIn-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, codes, and maintenance requirements.\nThorough understanding of OSHA worksite and personal safety standards.\nAbility to maintain confidentiality and discretion in all duties and responsibilities.\nExcellent time management and critical prioritization skills.\n\n

Travel Requirements:
This position is based out of our San Antonio office, but frequent site visits for estimates and project oversight will be required.

Education and Experience:

\n\n7-10 years of directly related or closely related experience in maintenance or facility management.\n\n
