Summary You will serve as a Maintenance Supervisor I in the Public Works Business Line within Naval Facilities Engineering Command Southwest (NAVFACSW). Responsibilities You will directly supervise a group of non-supervisory employees by planning, assigning, estimating, scheduling, directing work, and training subordinates. You will recommend or initiate personnel actions, training classes, enforce disciplinary and safety regulations and perform related administrative duties. You will direct accomplishments of work and supervise personnel on job sites to ensure compliance with schedules and completion of work within scope and allocated funds. You will coordinate manpower requirements, with priority of the project, and the availability of materials and equipment and serve as the point of contact for all assigned project requirements.
