The hours and scheduled of this role will be Monday – Friday, 7:00AM – 3:00PM.
Occasionally this role may require you to work later than scheduled time as well as occasional weekend work when project work may need to be overseen.
What you'll do:Our Maintenance Supervisor will report to our Maintenance Manager and directs/coordinates all the activities necessary for keeping our production lines up and running! Someone who is a team player but can also make tough decisions and is committed to ensuring everyone is doing their part to contribute to our success.
Some of the responsibilities include:
Directs maintenance personnel to ensure that all systems operate at their highest capability to meet required production schedules, quality, costs, and schedule priorities. Improve maintenance reliability and processing methods to avoid loss of production because of equipment malfunction or failure time. Ensure proper utilization of Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Motivate team members to achieve plan goals. What you'll need to be successful: Engineering degree preferred or relevant experience. 5+ years' experience in a similar role. Maintenance leadership in a Manufacturing environment. 3+ years supervisory/leadership experience in a manufacturing environment. Excellent troubleshooting ability. Good understanding of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and utility systems including refrigeration and boiler. Knowledge Maintenance management system operations. Good organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple jobs in controlled motion – simultaneously. Knowledge in Maintenance management system operations. Proven track record building solid working relationships. Knowledgeable in Maintenance best practice and CMMS systems to assist in delivering same. Strong computer skills in Microsoft programs Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Good technical analysis ability and proficient in report writings. Fully proficient in interpreting CAD drawings, for electrical, mechanical and facilities applications.
The typical hiring range for this role is $65,000 – $90,000 per year and is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications. This position may also be eligible for a shift differential and/or overtime.
