Keep It Safe, Outside Too: Snow, trash, whatever's blocking the way, you'll clear it out so everyone can get in and out safely. Be the Eyes and Ears: You'll walk the property, spot problems, and make sure everything's up to snuff.

What You Need:

You Know Your Stuff: You've got at least 2 years of hands-on experience in maintenance. You know how to use tools, fix things, and keep a place running. Straight Shooter: You're reliable, you show up on time, and you get the job done. Clean Record: We'll need to run a background check and drug screen – just standard stuff.
