Boddington is one of the largest gold producers in Australia and offers a unique opportunity to live in the Southwest and is only 130 kms from the Perth CBD and approximately 100kms from the coast.
The Role
In this newly created opportunity in our Mobile Maintenance Team at Boddington, you will be accountable for supervising embedded site based business partners to ensure safe maintenance practices are undertaken whilst delivering optimal equipment outcomes. You will be reporting to the Drills and Auxiliary Maintenance Superintendent on an 8/6 dayshift only roster.
About you
You will have previous experience in leading multifunctional work groups in a large mining operation, significant time in mobile maintenance workshop supervisory roles, and be a qualified trades person or hold relevant tertiary level qualifications.
An in-depth working knowledge of asset management best practices and standards, combined with detailed understanding of relevant statutory legislation and regulations will be essential for your success in this position.
On a personal level you will be a confident team leader, with prior history in developing and contributing to a positive, collaborative and supportive workplace culture, where teams are empowered to safely and efficiently achieve outcomes. You will possess exceptional interpersonal skills, able to engage with personnel across all work groups.
