Oneida Center Assisted Living Program is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to work full-time in Oneida, NY

DUTIES:

Responsible for all maintenance department operations Regular inspections of the facility, for safety, upkeep, appearance & equipment performanceSchedule & ensure completion of all maintenance & repairsProvide oversight of maintenance/repairs & ensure contracted services are completed in a timely fashionMaintains records of all repairs, preventative maintenance, warranties and inspections

REQUIREMENTS:

Prior experience in Healthcare maintenance settingMinimum of a high school diploma or equivalentStrong work ethic, intense drive, initiative for quality service
