Position Overview:

In this key role, you will lead a team of maintenance technicians and support contractors. You will be responsible for planning, scheduling, preventative maintenance, repairs, and installation of sophisticated manufacturing equipment such as robotic welders, CNC machines, hydraulic presses, coordinated lifting equipment, remote-controlled equipment movers, three-phase rectifiers, cranes, hoists, pumps, motors, and other industrial equipment. These systems are essential to production and require maximum uptime to meet production goals. You will be responsible for achieving targeted equipment uptime goals.

What your day-to-day will look like:

Manages assigned organization units and leads or coordinates dedicated professionals and staff, and assists with transportation.Makes mechanical and electrical (12V-480V) repairs to equipment.Plans, schedules, and supervises all maintenance and contractor work orders, maintaining the maintenance programs and KPIs.Maintains equipment reliability for all transportation, production, and facility through preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance practices.Implements defined superior policies and guidelines, and ensures the implementation of function-specific processes, procedures, methods, and tools.Ensures adherence to relevant internal and local EHS standards at all times.Develops and implements measures to improve production efficiency, equipment performance, and product quality.

To thrive in this role, you have:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or 8+ years of experience in maintenance.4+ years of experience in both mechanical and electrical (12V-480V) installation, troubleshooting, and repair.4+ years of experience in planning and scheduling for complex assembly lines involving mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic assemblies.4+ years of experience managing a team in an industrial manufacturing setting.

The salary may be higher or lower depending on the budget and the candidate's experience, knowledge, skills, and qualifications.
