Maintain the CLDC facility in a clean and safe manner for all scheduled shifts.

Essential Functions:Empty gay lords and gurneysSweep and clean floorsStacking palletsCleaning areas outside of the facilityLoading the recycling trailerAssisting with the needs of the cafeteriaAssist with battery changing operationsSupport maintenance mechanics and technicians as neededAble to operate powered equipment, included floor scrubberProvide weekly reports of activities, projects and completed assignmentsAble to work in a team environmentAbility to work overtime and weekends if necessaryAble to safety lift 50 or more poundsMust be able to stand/walk for 8 to 10 hoursMust be able to bend/twist/kneel/crawl without difficultyExcellent attendance.

Qualifications:Demonstrated computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel and InternetStrong safety skillsAble to perform all essential functions of Maintenance Support I

Additional Skills/Requirements:High school diploma or GED, 1-3 months of related experience/training or combination.Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively speak in one on one and small group situations with other employees, customers and clients of the organization.Minimum Skills: Ability to add and subtract tow digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10’s and 100’s. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume and distance.Minimum Skills: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one or two step instructions. Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.

The full base pay range has been provided for this position. Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location.  Sales roles often incorporate a significant incentive compensation program beyond this base pay range.
