You Will:

Manage PB’s maintenance management software program in the context of maintenance scheduling, work processing, inventory control and reporting on cost and time spent maintaining assets. Manage the software programs interface to ensure ease of use and efficient workflows Conduct impact analysis, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders. Head projects involving cross-functional personnel groups to support internal/external clients and present findings via reporting/verbal presentation to key stakeholders.  Download schematic diagrams, SOP’s, parts catalog, supplier details, etc. and upload into software support systems Assist continuous improvement initiatives including evaluation of current operations, data analysis and implementation of recommended solutions Assist with data collection to help monitor, analyze and recommend ways to improve productivity, service, cost performance and waste reduction in all areas of operations

 

Your background:

As a Maintenance Systems & Consumables Business Analyst, you have:

Strong analytical skills and structured problem-solving skills Ability to manage and prioritize projects Process knowledge, planning abilities, problem solving, and organizational skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Mastery of the Microsoft Office Suite including Access, Excel, Word & PowerPoint with proficiency in the use of Microsoft SQL queries & PowerBi preferred.     2 years + demonstrated success in a business analysis and operational support role in Maintenance organizations, Transportation/Logistics/Industrial Engineering/Operations Research Data Management, or related fields. Basic knowledge of data models ServicePower, SeviceMax, SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, SQL databases, architectures, and queries preferred.  Undergraduate college degree preferred or equivalent experience and a high level of proficiency in systems analysis or operations management disciplines Strong analytical skills and structured problem solving skills. Ability to create pivot tables, v-look ups, macros and complex formulas. Knowledge in WMS systems preferred.
