Maintenance Systems Specialist IMMEDIATELY HIRING! Maintenance Systems Specialist FULL-TIME Opportunity in Missouri $45,000 to $70,000 (starting pay) Depending on experience Air Evac Lifeteam is an industry leader that provides life extending air and ground medical services through the rapid transport of the critically ill and injured. Air Evac Lifeteam provides full time employees with 100% company-paid: Life Insurance Short –Term Disability Insurance Long-Term Disability Insurance Plus, More Our Maintenance Systems Specialist is responsible for performing records audits in RAMCO and assisting with implementing new RAMCO programs. The Maintenance Systems Specialist is also responsible for maintaining company manuals and reviewing OEM technical publications for changes. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES • Maintains Departmental and Company Manuals • Reviews OEM technical publications for changes and provides suggestions on actions to be taken based upon the changes • Coordinates with RAMCO for updates to the system and to resolve issues • Assists with tracking aircraft components and record keeping functions • Tracks and reports monthly flight hours • Assist Procurement and Inventory/Logistics departments with reviewing goods receipt on aircraft components and verifying RAMCO is correct. • Reviews Airworthiness Directives and ensures RAMCO is accurately tracking them • Assist training department with testing and reviewing training material for RAMCO. • Assist Maintenance Control with request for aircraft records and RAMCO issues • Other duties and special projects as assigned MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • Previous aviation record keeping experience ideal • Previous experience maintaining aviation manuals such as Minimum Equipment List, AAIP, General Operations Manual, etc. ideal • Previous experience with RAMCO ideal • High school diploma or equivalent • Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. • Exhibits professionalism, is ethical and able to maintain confidentiality. • Well-organized, analytical and self-directed. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to relate to and interact with people at all levels of the organization. • Demonstrated facilitation and presentation skills. • Active listening skills • Proficient with Microsoft suite • Aircraft maintenance record keeping experience preferred • Able to lift minimum of 30 lbs. • Must be able to sit and stand for extended periods of time.
